God doesn't always remove us from life's storms but instead shows His power within them. Romans 8:28 promises that God works all things for good, but specifically for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Loving God means passionately pursuing His glory and obeying His commandments, while His purpose is for us to become like Christ. When we meet these requirements, God takes everything—good, bad, and ugly—and blends them together for our benefit. Through our storms, we experience God's greatness and power, becoming not just survivors but overwhelming conquerors through Christ.
